Today was a great day! We got some stuff around the house done and then headed down to Dallas (1.5 hrs away) to watch our nephew in his high school play. They did "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". They did a great job. It was my first time seeing the play and was shocked at some of the craziness, especially the Elvis part. We all visited afterward and went out to eat at a Mexican Restaurant. There were 21 of us from 6 families there. It was fun talking with everyone and thankfully the kids were good since LM only slept 45mins on the way down and DD was too excited to nap while we were at the play but kept asking to sleep while at the restaurant. She even told me her order, "I want chicken nuggets and fries" (while pointing to the pictures on her menu) and then proceeded to lay down on the chairs to sleep until the food arrived. Poor girl! Thankfully both kids fell asleep driving home.
