Traditions

[some friends were discussing the traditions we have in our families.
These are a few I thought of]

Every night we read scriptures, say family prayer, DD gets to pick out one book and then says her personal prayers and gets into bed.

We do the summer reading program every summer for the kids. It's great and gets us reading even more books and the kids get prizes too!

We have a family reunion camping every year with DH's family that we attend.

We are trying to do a hike every month somewhere all together as a family.

We also open one gift on Christmas Eve--new pj's and I started last year with slippers and one more gift.

For DD she gets a rose for every birthday (the amount she is turning). [1 for turning one and 2 for turning two...]

I can't think of anything else right now...
