Today DH's working from home so I'm getting kicked off the computer. My back is killing me again too. Why does it do that when he gets work and can't get help. I know I slept wrong with it. DD just came in so I have to go. Have a great day girls!

I rested my back a lot today and took pain pills, magnesium, stretched, and used Bio freeze to help my back. My mom came over at 3 to help me out and folded my laundry for me that I started yesterday and helped me with the baby. It was nice to visit with her while DH was working and see her interact with my kids. I just love observing those bonding moments.

DD was in a VERY clingy mood today. It was sweet and I loved it but it's hard with your back hurting. It was nice to hand the baby over to my mom and DD took full advantage and fully climbed on me (from her half sitting on me position). She's very much into playing with her doll lately and the past few days has to have her dolls diaper changed with DD's clothes on it before she can be changed. It's cute but frustrating at times. It's a fun stage though to watch her care for her little doll. She loves to put it down for nap and piles all her blankets on top of the doll that's sleeping on her pillow. She will shhing it to sleep like we do for LM sometimes. She also is big into using her cuteness to get her out of trouble. Today she moved her little chair over to the jumperoo to climb inside of it and halfway over I asked her what she was doing. She gave me her cheesy grin and turned her head slightly toward her shoulder knowing she's so cute and can get away with it. I can't believe she knows to do that at 2!!! We are in trouble when she's older.

LM is growing so quickly. His bottom left tooth is almost ready to pop. He's sitting up really well unless he gets his balance to his back then he falls over. He's rolling consistently from his belly to back now and gets so close from his back to front. He's creeping along the floor too! DD never did that. He wants to move so badly. Last night I held the bottoms of his feet and he moved his way along the floor so far I had to scoot up to hold his feet more. He' figuring out how to move his arms forward. I think he will be crawling in a few months. That will be so much fast than DD who waited till 3 days before turning one to crawl.

I had kitting today. I'm working a a block lap blanket now and I just realized at the end of the night I was doing one whole square wrong. I guess DD will have a new doll blanket to use. I guess it's just more practice for me though that one block took me almost 2 months to complete but I don't get a lot of time with kids interrupting me all the time. It may take me 2 years to complete my project.

DD was doing a "sit up" (usually done on a trampoline) move just a few nights ago on the floor as her new way to dance. DH and I were busting up laughing so she kept doing it. LOVE IT!!!

DD is now able to put her shoes on. I just LOVE telling her to get her shoes on when we need to leave the house. It saves me so much time! Yeah for more independence.
