My daughter thought I was a jungle gym today (great for the back-NOT)! Do you think she was wanting some attention??? She was really cute today though. She wanted a fruit snack (I have a snack door for her in the kitchen so she can get a snack out of it) and she brought me two packages- one for her and one for me. Isn't that the sweetest!?! She did it twice today actually. She really does have a kind heart. She also learned a new word today though I can't remember it. She was saying "hop" all day yesterday! I just love how her language is finally exploding. She also learned how to blow a raspberry on something today- the computer chair! It was the funnest thing. She made the sound right next to me and I thought I should have felt that but then realized she was doing it to the chair. She did it three times and after each blow she would laugh hysterical! It was too funny. I also got LM's footprints finally stamped in his calendar that I picked up a few days ago. As I was rubbing his foot to get all the sock fuzz off he was giggling so much. He's so ticklish on the bottom of his foot! It was the best. It was almost pure torture for him to get his feet scrubbed off afterward.
I went to the chiro again today. My back was feeling better till I got home and DD had to picked up all the time (playing and timeouts). Now it feels worse than when I left to go get adjusted. I have one more appointment on Tuesday so I hope I can be back to normal soon! It's so hard taking care of two kids by yourself with a hurt back. Did I mention that DH got a (project) job!!! It started Wednesday and goes through Saturday so that's a nice $1,500! It's his first gig since before Thanksgiving. He just found out today that he got another job for McDonald's at the end of the month too! I'm so happy he finally has work yet it was crappy timing with my back going out and all. The kids were so cranky yesterday too that I wanted to just go to bed and pull the covers over my head. I hurt so bad too. LM wasn't sleeping well since Sunday night and was HORRIBLE Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. He was fussy every half hour. I could barely move so DH was dealing with him after I tried the first time. We finally got him to sleep at 5:00 and at 5:30 DD woke up! DH had to work that day too and I was exhausted and had to deal with both kids all day. Thankfully I went to playgroup with my friend and out to lunch and she was able to help me with them. I tried watching a show on TV last night and only made it half way through until I passed out! I was so exhausted that we didn't even watch the results show on AI and had to watch it today.

If you enlarge the picture you will see DD's famous artwork on my bench cushion and the wall. I know I just need to have her sign her name and mark it as one of a kind ("original artwork" and try to sell the wall since it's worth a fortune now. Sadly I wasn't thrilled about it. I flipped the cushion over from her drawing all over it with a ink pen but then she loved her work and had to draw on it with crayon. After a LONG talk she went to draw on her pad of paper! Hopefully she know where her art can and can't be in the house.
He's really getting the concept of playing with his exersaucer now. It's so cute to see him all excited about it.My little man got so tired from playing that he fell fast asleep. So cute!
