So instead of looking back on the last 13 years Sarah and I briefly looked to the next thirteen years.....Kaila will be almost 20 and most likely halfway through her mission, Glenn will be 6 months from graduating high school and heading out as a missionary, Addie will be driving (and dating!! yikes) and the little knucklehead in Sarah's belly right now will be a junior high kid just shy of 13. Maybe looking back would have been better. A baker's dozen down, an eternity ahead. Here's to the many adventures heading our way, around the corner as well as on the far side of the world. Happy Anniversary Kevin Lewis...can't believe 13 years have come and gone. Thanks for spending them with me.
To celebrate we headed out to Bamboo for some yummy sushi. Ever since Alex and Katie Woolner took us out to sushi and I tried the "green machine" I have been craving it ever since. It's a vegetarian roll with the most yummy sweet and spicy sauce. It's the best!!! I ordered two whole rolls though I did share one on each with Kevin (it was tough but a nice thing to do).
For Dessert we headed over to Salt and Straw from some yummy ice cream. Thankfully the ice cream didn't affect me at all which was a relief and allowed me to enjoy it even more. We got home in time to pick the kids up from our friend's house (Erin Giusto) and put them to bed since it was a school night. It was a wonderful evening.
