Stake Women's Conference

Conference was harder for me this year than it's ever been before.  Do to the recent trails/challenges that I have been facing every class had a different view point that it probably would of had if I'd heard the class in December.  I'm not sure yet it that's a positive thing or not yet.  Time will tell and thankfully time heals all wounds.  I went to the class on head child being loved individually (not exactly what I was expecting...mostly from the commentary from the audience), Strengthening marriage which had us all crying, Increasing our Love of the Temple (favorite quote from Suzette about how God knew what He was doing by not letting kids in there.  It's OUR place and it's ALWAYS clean.), and then I split the time between organizing (which I was doing most of those things already and it wasn't very helpful) and Increasing our scripture study (which I did take was to use our hymnal with our scripture study).

 Yummy Sack Lunch was provided for us too.  Sandwiches, orange,veggies, chips, and cookie.  I brought the sugar cookie home since I can't eat butter.  It was such fun to visit with Mason's mom, Tiffany.  I guess her boyfriend moved out and she's focusing on her kids and getting them back to church.  Bless her.  I told her of my revelations about having 5 kids which was entertaining.  ;-)  That really was my favorite part of the entire day was spending time with her.
