y 5 minute workout actually did do something. :-)
I tried focusing on getting 100grams of protein today like Sher recommended to help me feel better so I won't feel sick. It's what her midwife recommended. WOW...that's hard. ESPECIALLY when you can't have dairy. Cheese and yogurt would be awesome to get some easy protein along with milk but I can't have it. I started out the day with two eggs (3 grams each), 4 strips of bacon (3 grams each), and 1 English muffin (4 grams). The kids stole a piece of bacon off me so that brought it down to 3. I also created a green drink with almond milk, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, oatmeal, spinach, blueberries, and some frozen strawberries. It tasted terrible but I got use to it. I drank a whole glass of it and I think there's another glass left. There was so much food to eat that I had to take breaks to eat it all. I was aiming for 20-30 grams of protein for breakfast. I'm not sure I will be able to keep up with all that. I really need to get the protein powder Sher was telling me about that's dairy free at FM so I will have an easy way to get 20 grams of protein in.
Today was cleaning day. I loved it! Other than the tantrums and the whining about jobs (a short timeout and added jobs for some) it was wonderful to get the house looking better. The downstairs was actually looking wonderful! It was so wonderful. I love cleaning day. :-)

When Kevin got home he took two cookbooks up to Erin's and then talked with our neighbor for 30 minutes. Once he walked in I left to go to my parents and work on the Switzerland pictures with my dad. It took us 3 full hours to go through the rest of the pictures to see if they were all in the right order. It felt so good to finally have it all finished! I love my dad. He spent so much time working on all the pictures and even editing them too! He's awesome!!! I'm so blessed to have wonderful parents in my life.
