Pioneer Day Celebration

This year we were blessed with being able to celebrate Pioneer Day as a ward family.  I was finally feeling well enough (from my viral throat infection/strep throat) to take the kids.  Kevin was feeling terrible and stayed home even from the Timbers game which was tough on him staying home from.  He was feeling terrible!  We were suppose to bring a side dish and meat to grill.  I skipped the meat and just brought watermelon to share with everyone (something I cut up during nap time so I could nap afterward and rest up for the evening).

 ...and they are off!

The kids ran off as soon as we arrived to go and play the pioneer games.  I saw Addie the most to eat food and the other two kids here and there to grab a bite or two. They had so much fun and I was so glad I sucked it up and brought them.
