Thankful For Lawyers

The fight is FINALLY over...My lawyer called and said that the other side relinquished all their money so we didn't have to have mediation today. That's wonderful though it's still not enough to cover shoulder surgery. What our lawyer suggested it to invest the money else where and to wait until Obama's health care comes through and get it taken care of then. Right now I can't get health care because I have "preexisting conditions" although they weren't my fault and were from car accidents I can't get covered because of them. It's frustrating but what can you do. I'm glad I can live with it though.
