SNOW

Today we made snowflakes for preschool and they were beautiful.

The kids did a great job painting them.

The funny thing is after DD went down for a nap and LM laid down it started to snow outside. The First time this year.

It's beautiful and thankfully it wasn't a ton so we are happy. An inch or so snowed while the kids were sleeping and continued into the evening to amount to a few inches to have fun in. We went for a little walk but LM got cold and DH HATES the COLD AND SNOW so they headed in. DD and I made a LITTLE (about 7 inches tall) snowman and then we came in too and drank hot chocolate. It was fun!

DH was determine to make a cake and DD jumped at the chance to help Dad in the kitchen. They had a ton of fun and it was so YUMMY too. What's not to love when you are talking about a moist chocolate cake!
