Poor LM. I don't know if it's his teeth or if he got sick. He has the upper front right tooth coming in and I noticed that his two bottom teeth by his front teeth are bulging and will be coming in soon. The poor boy. He's only had two colds in his life and now this. It was so sad but he did pretty well and loved playing in the water from the faucet in the tub. The last time he was taking his hand and putting it in the water then sucking it off with his mouth (where did he learn to do that?). DD took two naps today but thankfully didn't throw up but coughed and gagged some this morning before breakfast. I cut her off from all milk today and told her she could have some tomorrow if she went a whole day without throwing up. She wanted cereal desperately for breakfast (gave her some dry but that didn't cut it) and then for lunch wanted it and threw a HUGE fit but I didn't want to clean up that mess if she threw it up.
LM is saying more and more things lately (only once though but still way more than DD ever did). He said "all done" yesterday after dinner and I said it to him. Today I was handing him DD's bear and said "bear" to him and he repeated it back to me. It's so fun hearing him talk! He's really experimenting with his vocal cords which tonight got a little out of hand and very high pitched but he thought it was the funniest thing ever. It drove mom and dad crazy especially when DD would mimic him and it was twice as loud.
For dinner I decided to try making the grilled cheese on my silpat. I did use butter even though I'm told I don't need to and I had to flip them too though I'm not suppose to need to. I guess I will try them again. The first time I made them I thought they were gross but this time they were YUMMY! It was nice to make them all at once and I LOVE the easy clean up!!!

DH's last day is tomorrow and I pray the kids are feeling better but it will be so nice to have DH home the rest of the week. I'm hoping we will be able to escape for a couple of dates. We really need some time to reconnect and love on each other without the stress of kids and work. We did have some fun family time tonight with FHE (family home evening)...we made a dirt baby and talked about Faith. DD said she had faith that it would grow. I love kids and their acceptance. It will be fun to watch the hair grow out of it.
Dirt Baby Time...
She wouldn't eat her brownie though that I made for dessert so I know she's still sick. She's going to be a fun one to raise though because she didn't want to take a bite of the brownie even with DD and I coaxing her so DH pushed the plate away from her. She grabbed the plate and said "no, mine" and took a big bite of it just to prove it was hers and could do what she wanted. She didn't eat any more though but DH remarked that he will be going on vacation from age 10-20. I told him I think it will be more like 7 but that she's already doing it at age 2!!!! We are in so much trouble!
Our Yummy Dessert!
