Merry Christmas!!!!

I can't believe I haven't been on since Monday. It's been a busy week and my sister came in on Wednesday. My friend and her sister held a "Girlfriend's Christmas Dinner" on Tuesday. It was so YUMMY and relaxing to be without kids. I stayed late and chatted with my friend until 1:30am. It was great though I was so tired the next day. The kids had a rough night sleeping that night too so DH let me have a nap on Wednesday since he was finally home for the rest of the week. We went out shopping and my sister came along since DD was BEGGING for her Aunt Becca. It really is very cute but every 10-15 seconds gets old. We took LM to get his first hair cut for Christmas and he looks so handsome. He has so much more hair than DD did. He did a great job too and the lady cutting his hair was wonderful (she showed him the razors and how they safe by touching her face/hand, Daddy's face and hand, and then his tummy). She had bears to help get him looking down and to the side too. She was fantastic and it was worth every penny instead of trying to do it myself.

I went shopping later with my sister to finish up a few last minute things and the traffic was NUTS!! It took up 45minutes to go what normal was only 15minutes. We had fun shopping together and founds some fun things.

Christmas Eve we had fondue at my parents house for dinner and DD LOVES dipping everything in all the sauces and chocolate. LM loved the bananas the best. DH and I were up till 2:30 making pie and setting up the Santa gifts for the kids. My sister and I also played a game of Canasta that she bought the day before. She killed me too. It was a fun night and caused us all the sleep in today.

We had to wake DD up since Grandma and Grandpa came over and it was 8am. We video taped her waking up and saying, "Merry Christmas" to her and that Santa left her presents. Her first response was "I want Becca". My sister LOVED hearing that. The other cute thing was DD when she got up to see her presents walked right past her presents to give Grandma and Grandpa a hug! It was so sweet that she Loves them so much.

The kids loved all the presents and it was fun seeing them play with everything. I think the big favorites were the tent/tunnel, ball whacker, and the huge Barney (Grandma got for DD). DH got me a new lap top so I don't have a slow computer any more. I'm so excited to use it for scrapbooking! I also got chairs for our dinning room table. I'm one happy camper!!!
