Single Mommyhood

Life has been so busy as a single mommy with DH's work schedule. I've been busy doing tons of laundry, shopping with the kids (that's NOT fun to do by yourself in the grocery store), Christmas shopping, cleaning, and play dates. I also think I'm going to become a rep and sell Demarle so let me know if you want to learn more about it. It's a fabulous product and I hope things work out. I really would like to just do a party here and there so it's not too much of burden on the family but more would be nice financially. I keep thinking it would be wonderful to get enough saved up for DH and I to make it to Europe for our 10 year anniversary which is in just over a year away. It might work but the kit itself is a good deal so that's what's making me want to do it and friends saying they want to host a party. That's my biggest fear that no one will host a party for me. I think I finally got DH convinced to do it.

We started to watch "Hook" tonight as a family and DD actually really liked it. We only got to the part where Tink is taking Peter to Neverland so I think we will watch the next segment later. She asked a lot of questions and it was fun exploring that world with her.

Poor LM is sick with a cold (day 3-4 now). It's so sad. He's all stuffed up and can't breathe and doesn't know what to do. I suck his nose out all the time and before our early morning nursing session at 6 since he tries to eat but then gasps for air because he can't breathe through is nose. It's so sad. He's still a happy little camper! He took 5 steps on his own tonight!!! He have had the hardest time getting him to want to step on his own without our hands he would rather go down to the floor and crawl or just lean forward. Tonight though he was interested in the saline solution bottle and would step for it. It was funny and exciting!
