So, LM got his second tooth in yesterday. The poor boy has the hardest time teething. I don't remember DD having this hard of a time with it. He teethes for like 3 days before, 2 days during, and one day after. He also gets a cough for two days prior (I think do to the extra saliva--we'll test this theory with his next few teeth). I can't wait for them to fully pop in though. It will be so cute!!!
DD and I made sugar cookies today. First time making them with her. She's funny though and instead of laying the cookie cutters horizontal she tried standing them straight up in the dough like a figurine. It was cute and funny. I think she had more fun playing with the cookie cutters (holding them up to her eyes and on her head). Got to love kids. She didn't like the cookies though. I have a TONS of dough too and really I can't afford to eat them all which will happen with them all sitting around for me to see. I think I will freeze some for another day.
We are going to the trunk-or-treat tonight for church. I'm so excited. The kids will love it and I know DD will have a blast with all the other kids and games going on. It should be fun and hopefully they take it inside since it's raining here today. Tomorrow is LM's little friends' first Birthday party that we are going to. It's a costume party so that should be fun. Saturday I'm planning on taking the kids to the zoo for the scavenger hunt in the morning then trick-or-treating after naps. (I think I might be pushing it but it will be fun I hope.) DH's going to the USC/Oregon game so I'm solo that day which is sad but such is life. He's excited though because it's is first time to ever see USC play, which has been a dream of his. I'm happy too but just wish it was on a different weekend with nothing going on.
