Choices

Not Listening:

What I have done with DD at the library is if she doesn't listen to me then we leave and head to the car (actually anywhere) soon she learns she can't act like that after awhile she figure out to listen to you. I do give her a warning though. Also, have you given her a choice to hold onto the stroller so she still has some sort of independence? DD loves to hold onto the stroller or "help" push it.
