I'm hurting a little more today than yesterday. I think I will need to go back on Tuesday for more therapy. At least I'm not in as much pain though. My muscles are extremely tight though and that's what's causing everything now I think.

DH got our square foot garden all finished and planted! It looks great. I took the kids out to play while he was doing that. It was nice to get some fresh air. The weather here is perfect!! I wish I was feeling better to enjoy it. DH took DD to the park to play with his parents and LM and I slept all morning. It was nice to get the rest but I hate missing out on the outdoor fun too. Hopefully I will be better next week!
