Fun times

LM enjoyed some Nana time yesterday!

Here's a video of DD exercising with DH. DH is doing the 90 days for the P90X. He's hoping to be able to do all 90 days. The previous times something has gotten in the way (car accidents/ankle injuries...)

Yesterday my mom came over after I took DD to playgroup for lunch and to help put together a quilt for LM. We are using some of the material that we had at our wedding. It will be hopefully if all the measurements are right big enough to lay over his toddler bed too (not to tuck in though but lay on top which will be fine). We got most of it cut out and I finished the rest today cutting. I wanted to sew it up but DD woke up from her nap and was a complete mess not knowing what she wanted and whining the entire time. It was like that again today! It's so tiring.

DH built us a square foot garden. Yippee!!! I love fresh vegetables. We still need our seeds since they some how disappeared. . .

DD loves getting snack out of her snack drawer. Lately her favorite snacks are her fruit snacks.

MISTER BLUE EYES!!!

Last night I was able to go out for a girl's night and it was great to be with the girls. I drove us all over to my friend's house that just had back surgery. It was nice to include her because other wise she wouldn't have been able to come. One of the girls though that came got all ready to go after only 2 hours (I took that as the hint that I had to leave too since I was her ride). I wasn't ready for the evening to be over since normally we are up and out till late! One of my friend's wasn't ready to go home either so we come to my house and chatted till 1am. DH was up and talked with us too. It was nice but we were all exhausted today!


Two of my friends got together to go walking today! We were so lucky and got a stretch of sunshine to walk in since it hailed and poured right before hand and rained afterward too. DH watched all the kids for us so that was nice not to drag them out again like earlier in the week when we all got soaked.

I watched my friend's two girls today. It was fun watching them all play together. LM loved watching all the entertainment and got lots of attention from them (maybe a little too much at times). We had to have a few conversations about not pulling on heads and how to lift him up properly if we were to lift at all. Ü

I had these sunglasses since I was a kid. I found them in an old box. The kids had fun wearing them today before one side was broken. (I love my over saturated editing--first time I've tried that.)

DD will say she wants to do something but once there, freaks out (wanting to be held but not really) yesterday and today. It's so hard to deal with and lasts FOREVER! I'm chalking it up to the age (lack of communication skills) and being tired. DD's waking up earlier than she should in the morning and not sleeping long enough at nap time to make up for the lack of night sleeping.
